Return & Exchange Window
You may return or exchange items for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- All returned items are subject to quality inspection before approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, including returns on gifted items.
After we receive your returned package, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Once processed, your refund may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
