Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after being placed.
Shipping takes approximately 3 to 9 business days from the date your order is shipped — not from the date of purchase.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days.

Important: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.
Shipping options and fees will be shown at checkout based on your selected delivery speed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Lehona is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
If a package is marked as delivered but goes missing, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or store credit.

International Shipping

For international orders, delivery usually takes 3 to 10 business days.
(Orders to Russia may take up to 20 business days.)

Please note:

  • All customs fees, taxes, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs authorities require us to declare the value of your order on the package.

  • Customs processing may cause delays depending on your country.

Currency & Exchange Rates
All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

Refused or Returned Shipments
If you refuse a shipment or it is returned to us, you are responsible for:

  • The original shipping cost
